1. I’m interested in a course. How do I enrol?
On the list of courses, choose the course you want to take and click on the “BUY NOW” button. You’ll be taken to a page where you need to fill out information to create your account. After which, complete your payment details so your order can be processed. Once done, simply follow the succeeding instructions to complete the transaction.
2. How do I access my course?
Information on how you can access your course will be sent to the email you have used to sign up. For minimum technological requirements, you can use any computer, laptop, tablet or mobile device with a stable Internet connection and an updated browser to access the course.
3. When can I start my course?
After you have received instructions on how to access your account, you can start with your chosen course any time you desire. You can also study the lessons at your own time and pace, since there are no deadlines for completion throughout the duration of your course subscription.
4. How long can I have access to the course?
Course subscription lasts for 3 months from the time of purchase. Throughout the said duration, you can access the course modules and materials 24/7. Feel free to contact us should you need to extend access to your course after the given period.
5. Do I need any qualifications or previous experience to enrol in a course?
No. The courses we offer are open to learners with or without prior knowledge or qualifications. So whether you are a beginner or professional looking to switch careers, you are welcome to take any of our courses.
6. How am I going to be graded?
Assessments are available at the end of each module to determine how well you understand the lessons. The grades you will receive from each assessment will contribute to your final grade. Take note that you need to complete an assessment in one go. There’s no stopping midway as doing so will reset the assessment.
